Privacy Policy
Effective: September 9, 2026
Made for More, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Made for More,” “IRON X IRON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the IRON X IRON mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
IRON X IRON is a Christian men’s accountability application. We recognize that accountability can involve personal and sensitive information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is shared, how long it is retained, and the choices you have regarding your information.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your information, contact us at support@ironxiron.app.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use IRON X IRON.
Account Information
When you create a registered IRON X IRON account, we collect:
- First name.
- Last name.
- Email address.
- Account authentication information.
- An optional profile photo.
Passwords are handled through our authentication provider. We do not need access to your plaintext password to operate your account.
We may offer additional sign-in methods in the future, such as Sign in with Apple or another identity provider. If we do, we may receive information that you authorize that provider to share with us.
Anonymous Guest Accounts
IRON X IRON may create an anonymous account identifier when you first use the app without registering.
An anonymous guest account does not require your name or email address. It uses a unique technical identifier so the app can provide and maintain guest functionality.
If you later create or convert to a registered account, additional account information may become associated with your use of the Service.
Profile Information
Registered users may choose to add a profile photo.
Your name and profile photo may be visible to other users who belong to the same accountability group as you.
IRON X IRON may request permission to access your photo library or camera when you choose to select or create a profile photo. We do not require photo or camera access for unrelated purposes.
Personal Tracking and Accountability Information
Depending on the features you use, we may store information including:
- Bible-reading completion.
- Solo weekly challenges.
- Weekly reflections.
- Pulse checks.
- Completion of group challenges.
Certain information, including solo challenges and pulse checks, is designed to remain private to your account and is not shared with your accountability group unless the Service expressly indicates otherwise.
Group Information
When you participate in an accountability group, we may collect and store:
- Group names and related group settings.
- Group membership.
- Invite information.
- Group challenges.
- Group-challenge completion.
- Bible-reading completion shared with the group.
- Prayer requests.
- Group activity.
- Information necessary to manage group ownership and membership.
Information identified within the app as group information may be visible to other members of that group.
Sensitive Information You Choose to Share
IRON X IRON is designed for Christian accountability. As a result, users may voluntarily enter information that is personal or sensitive, particularly through prayer requests, challenges, reflections, or other accountability features.
This could include information concerning relationships, marriage, personal struggles, sexuality, addiction, finances, health, emotional struggles, religious beliefs or practices, or other sensitive matters.
We do not require you to disclose these categories of information merely to maintain an account. You decide what you choose to enter or share.
You should only share information with a group that you are comfortable making available to the other members of that group.
Technical Information
Our infrastructure and service providers may automatically process limited technical information necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Service. This may include information such as IP address, device or application information, authentication events, API requests, security events, and technical logs.
We currently do not use third-party advertising networks to track your activity within IRON X IRON.
2. How We Use Information
We use information collected through IRON X IRON to:
- Create, authenticate, and maintain accounts.
- Provide individual accountability and tracking features.
- Create and operate accountability groups.
- Display information you choose to share with group members.
- Store and deliver prayer requests and group activity.
- Manage subscriptions and determine access to paid features.
- Provide account verification, password-reset, and other transactional communications.
- Respond to support requests.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the Service.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security threats.
- Enforce our Terms of Service.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We may introduce privacy-conscious product analytics in the future to understand matters such as feature usage, screen usage, retention, performance, and crashes.
We do not intend to send the substance of prayer requests, solo challenges, pulse checks, or similar accountability content to analytics providers for behavioral analytics.
If our data practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
3. How Group Sharing Works
IRON X IRON is built around accountability between people you choose to join in a group.
Information you intentionally share with a group is available to the members of that group as indicated by the Service.
This may include your name, profile photo, Bible-reading completion, group challenges, prayer requests, and related group activity.
Solo challenges and pulse checks are intended to remain private to you unless otherwise indicated.
We require users under our Terms of Service to respect the confidentiality of information shared by other group members. However, once information has been made available to another person, we cannot guarantee that person will keep it confidential or prevent him from copying, photographing, recording, or redistributing it.
Exercise judgment when sharing sensitive information.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Made for More does not sell your personal information.
We do not sell prayer requests, challenges, pulse checks, Bible-reading activity, or other accountability information.
We also do not use the substance of your prayer requests, solo challenges, pulse checks, or similar accountability content to target advertising to you.
IRON X IRON does not currently contain third-party advertising.
5. Artificial Intelligence
We do not currently send prayer requests, accountability content, pulse checks, challenges, or other User Content to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or another generative artificial-intelligence provider for processing.
If we introduce an AI-powered feature that would materially change how personal information is processed, we will evaluate the appropriate disclosures and consent requirements before implementing it.
6. Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate IRON X IRON. These providers may process personal information on our behalf only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to us.
The categories of service providers we use include:
- Cloud hosting, database, authentication, and file-storage providers.
- Transactional email providers.
- Subscription-management and entitlement providers.
- App distribution and payment-processing platforms.
- Application infrastructure, development, and delivery providers.
For example, information necessary to maintain your account may be processed by our authentication and database providers, while information necessary to verify a purchase or subscription may be processed by our subscription and payment providers.
We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to handle that information consistently with applicable privacy and security requirements.
We do not authorize our service providers to sell your personal information or use the substance of your private accountability content for their own advertising purposes.
We may change service providers as IRON X IRON develops. If those changes materially affect how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
7. When We May Disclose Information
In addition to sharing information with service providers and with group members as described above, we may disclose information:
- When you direct or authorize us to do so.
- When reasonably necessary to provide the Service you requested.
- To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or serious violations of our Terms.
- To protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Made for More, our users, or others.
- When we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to address an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm.
- When required to comply with applicable law, a court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We do not routinely monitor private or group content for emergencies or unlawful activity.
A request from a government agency does not automatically result in disclosure. Where applicable, we may evaluate requests for legal validity and scope before providing information.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
Our hosted infrastructure includes access-control and security capabilities provided by our service providers. We restrict administrative access to personal information to circumstances in which access is reasonably necessary for operating, supporting, securing, or troubleshooting the Service.
No method of storing or transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
At present, group and personal content stored by IRON X IRON is not end-to-end encrypted in a manner that prevents Made for More from technically accessing the information through its administrative infrastructure.
We do not routinely read users’ private accountability content. Authorized administrative access may occur when reasonably necessary to investigate a support issue, address abuse or security concerns, comply with law, or maintain the Service.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information while reasonably necessary to provide your account and the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and protect the Service.
If you maintain an account, your account information and associated data may remain stored until you delete your account or until it is otherwise deleted in accordance with our policies.
If a paid subscription expires, we do not automatically delete the associated IRON X IRON account or personal information solely because the subscription ended.
Limited technical, security, billing, or transactional records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary or required by law.
10. Account Deletion
Registered users can permanently delete their IRON X IRON account from within the app by navigating to their profile, opening their profile settings, and selecting Delete account.
When account deletion is completed, we remove the account and associated personal information from IRON X IRON’s active systems.
This includes:
- Authentication account, email, password credentials, and active sessions.
- Profile information.
- Profile photo files.
- Bible-reading completion records.
- Solo challenges.
- Weekly reflections.
- Pulse checks.
- Group memberships.
- The user’s completion records for group challenges.
- Prayer requests authored by the user.
- Activity events attributable to the user.
We also request deletion or expiration of the RevenueCat subscriber record associated with the deleted IRON X IRON account where our subscription integration is configured to do so.
Deletion is permanent. Creating another account later using the same email address creates a new account and does not restore the deleted account’s history.
11. What Happens to Groups When You Delete Your Account
If you own an accountability group and other members remain when you delete your account, the group continues and ownership is transferred to another existing group member.
Other members’ accounts, tracking information, prayer requests, and other data are not deleted because you delete your account.
Certain information that functions as shared group information may remain after your account is deleted. For example, group challenge wording may remain so that a continuing group can continue using it, but attribution linking that content to your deleted account may be removed.
Prayer requests you authored are deleted even if the group continues.
If you own a group and no other members remain, the group and its associated group content are deleted.
12. Backups After Account Deletion
Account deletion removes associated personal information from IRON X IRON’s active systems immediately as part of the deletion process.
We do not maintain a separate copy of a deleted account for our own continued use.
Like many hosted database services, our infrastructure provider may maintain database backups for a limited rolling period for disaster recovery, security, and service continuity. A backup created before account deletion may therefore contain database records associated with the former account until that backup is overwritten or expires under the provider’s applicable backup practices.
These backups are not used to operate the normal IRON X IRON application, and we do not provide a feature for restoring an individual deleted account from a backup.
Profile photos are stored as files and are deleted from active file storage as part of account deletion. Our database backups do not include the underlying profile-photo file data.
Our infrastructure providers may also temporarily retain technical, API, security, or other operational logs in accordance with their applicable retention practices.
13. Subscriptions and Account Deletion
Deleting your IRON X IRON account does not cancel a subscription purchased from Apple or another third-party payment provider.
If you purchased an App Store subscription, Apple controls the billing relationship and maintains its own transaction records.
You must cancel an Apple subscription separately through Apple’s subscription-management settings or another subscription-management mechanism Apple makes available.
Apple, RevenueCat, and other payment providers may retain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other purchase records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies. Made for More does not control those independent records.
14. Information Remaining on Your Device
Deleting your account primarily deletes information stored by IRON X IRON’s server-side systems.
Certain non-account preferences may remain locally on your device after deletion. For example, your selected light, dark, or automatic appearance preference may remain on the device.
A previously selected group identifier may also temporarily remain in local application storage, although it will no longer provide membership or access to a group after the associated account has been deleted.
Your device or operating system may separately maintain information according to its own backup and storage settings.
15. Your Choices
Depending on the feature, you can:
- Choose whether to create a registered account.
- Choose whether to add a profile photo.
- Control camera and photo-library permissions through your device.
- Choose what personal information you enter into accountability features.
- Choose what information you share with your accountability group.
- Edit or delete certain current information through the app where that functionality is available.
- Leave accountability groups.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable payment provider.
- Permanently delete your registered IRON X IRON account from within the app.
You may also contact us at support@ironxiron.app regarding questions or requests concerning your personal information.
We do not currently provide an automated download-your-data export feature.
State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether applicable state privacy laws apply to our processing of your personal information, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information; opt out of its sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; and limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.
To exercise applicable rights, contact support@ironxiron.app. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority where permitted by law. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, subject to applicable exceptions. If we deny a request, you may appeal by contacting the same email address where applicable law provides an appeal right. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
16. Communications
We may send transactional communications necessary to operate your account, such as account verification, authentication, password-reset, security, support, or service-related messages.
In the future, we may offer optional product announcements, ministry content, promotional messages, or other communications.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate choices regarding marketing communications. Service-related communications that are necessary to operate or secure your account may not be optional while you maintain an account.
17. Children and Teen Users
IRON X IRON is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. Anyone under 18 may not use the Service, including as a guest or without a registered account.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may suspend or terminate their access to the Service, including any guest or registered account, and will take appropriate steps to delete their account and associated personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If you believe anyone under 18 is using IRON X IRON or has provided personal information through the Service, contact us at support@ironxiron.app.
We rely on users to self-certify that they are at least 18 years old when accessing or using the Service, including as guests. We do not require users to provide their date of birth or identity documents for age verification.
18. United States and International Users
IRON X IRON is operated by Made for More, LLC in the United States and is initially offered primarily to users in the United States.
Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to their infrastructure configuration and applicable law.
If we expand the Service into additional countries or regions, we may provide additional privacy disclosures or rights where required by applicable law.
19. Business Transfers
If Made for More is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information associated with IRON X IRON may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Any successor’s use of personal information will remain subject to applicable law and any privacy commitments that continue to apply.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as IRON X IRON develops, our technology or service providers change, or legal requirements change.
When changes are material, we will provide notice where required by law or where reasonably appropriate, such as through the app, our website, or email.
The effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when the current version became effective.
